Beyond Residential Care offers outpatient therapy services structured to meet individual needs through a professional intake assessment and routinely scheduled counseling sessions.
The goal of outpatient therapy services is to enhance quality of life, improve daily functioning, promote positive self-concept and teach skills necessary to manage symptoms independently. BRC’s outpatient therapy program is designed to effectively address the needs of all individuals who are in need of behavioral health services. These services are delivered through planned interactions using physiological, psychological, and sociological concepts, evidence-based practices and strategic interventions.
Outpatient services include a Comprehensive Assessment, DSM V diagnosis, an individualized service plan, individual therapy and/or group therapy.
Outpatient therapy services consist of regularly scheduled appointments conducted in the office, community-based settings, or via telehealth. These services can also be offered in emergency or after hours on an as-needed basis.
Outpatient services may consist of:
Individual psychotherapy
Couples therapy
Group work
PTSD, Bipolar, Anxiety or Depression Disorder Treatment
Co-occurring Disorder Treatment Interventions
Use of Evidence Based Practices such as CBT, ACT, DBT, & Person-Centered Approaches to treat a multitude of mental health conditions and diagnoses.
